9TH ANNUAL TOUR DE NASH
Saturday, May 18, 2013 Walk/Bike Nashville
The Tour de Nash supports Walk/Bike Nashville's mission of creating a more walkable, bikeable, and livable Nashville by raising awareness of active transportation facilities throughout the city.
There are three rides that will take place during Tour de Nash.
The Family ride is free, and features an 8 mile route
through Richland Greek Greenway and Centennial Park. Open to
cyclicsts of all skill levels.
The Gran Tour is a paid ride, and features a 30 mile route
through Nashville greenways and complete streets. The Gran Tour is
well supported by rest stops and includes a bypass option to turn
halfway for cyclists who would prefer a shorter trip.
The Metric Century is a paid ride, and features a 60
mile route for advanced riders, building upon the Gran tour, with
an addiotnal leg through West Nashville and Percy
Warner Park for the ultimate Music City cycling experience.
Additional rest stops are in place to keep you hydrated and fed,
and there is an option to bypass Percy Warner Park for those who
prefer a shorter trip.
