About Hands On Nashville Day
For 20 years, community volunteers have come together on one day each fall to complete hundreds of "done-in-a-day" school improvement projects. This year marks the 21st Hands On Nashville Day event! Volunteers demonstrate their commitment to the city and its schools as they work on landscaping, painting, and cleaning projects throughout Davidson County. More than 1,800 volunteers served in 55 different schools during HON Day 2011, making it the largest turnout in the event's 20-year history.

HON Day is also Hands On Nashville's largest annual fundraiser. A $25 donation per participant is requested, but not required.
