NASHVITALITY FAMILY FESTIVAL
Saturday, May 18, 2013 The NashVitality Family Festival is offered in collaboration with the Mayor’s Office of Children and Youth, Metro Parks, Metro Public Health Department, Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt, Nashville Children’s Alliance, Nashville Kids’ Triathlon and the YMCA of Middle Tennessee.

Formerly Healthy Kids Day/H.E.A.L.s for Kids, the NashVitality
Family Festival is a celebration of healthy eating and active
living in the Nashville and Middle Tennessee community. Join us for
games, active play and interactive demonstrations. Leave with the
resources, information and inspiration your family needs to ensure
a healthy and active summer.
Activities will include:
- Family Zumba and other fitness classes
- Make your own jump rope
- Soccer kicking
- Obstacle courses
- Mini Boot Camp
- Veggie Mystery Boxes
Kick-off the day with a brisk stroll around Centennial Park and support the Nashville Children's Alliance at Nashville Walks for Nashville's Kids beginning at 9 a.m.
Stick around after the festival for the Nashville Kids Triathlon pep rally, packet pick-up and race expo beginning at 4 p.m.
